Finch’s is always super busy when I walk by, so when I saw that they had an empty spot I high tailed it in there to finally get to try their beautiful sandwiches.
What I ate: Pear Baguette with Avocado (blue brie, prosciutto, roasted walnuts, oil and vinegar)
I love brie cheese and pear so this was a match made in heaven for me. I was feeling particularly indulgent so I added an avocado into my sandwich. I’d say that it was unnecessary to do that. The baguette was rich enough, and the avocado added an additional layer of richness, but the Pear Baguette on its own would be just as good I think.
